Safety & guidelines
Before you ride.
- Remove glasses, hats, jewelry, and loose accessories before boarding to prevent loss or injury during high-speed drops.
- Hold firmly onto the raft handles with both hands throughout the entire ride experience, keeping arms and legs inside at all times.
- Riders below the minimum height requirement or exceeding maximum raft weight limits are strictly prohibited from riding.
- Do not attempt to stand up, lean out, or exit the raft while navigating tunnels, uphill jets, or drops.
- Wait for the explicit green light and lifeguard authorization before launching your raft down the slide.
